Keep a record of your Australian rental at move-in and move-out.
For renters in Australia. Available in English, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Japanese.
Coming soon to Google Play. iPhone later.
What it does
- Take photos in the app. Saved originals stay unchanged, with device-reported time and location when available; missing or uncertain details are shown as such.
- Make entry and before-and-after comparison PDF reports.
- Save an evidence bundle to a folder you choose and verify it by reading it back.
- No BondKeeper account, server upload, ads or analytics. Records stay in app storage; enabled device backup may include app data.
Price
Capture, evidence-bundle export and report preview are free. The lifetime report unlock is A$9.99 including GST, a one-time purchase via Google Play.
A report must be rendered and checked before purchase. Emailing or sharing a PDF requires the unlock.
